Qualifications

• Five or more years of carpentry experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately.
• Working knowledge of construction math, framing, drywall installation, and hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine interior layouts.
• Ensure correct components and materials are securely installed on interior and exterior structures.
• Measure, mark, and cut drywall, wallboard, and framing materials.
• Patch, trim, tape, plaster, and smooth joined panels.
• Safely use and maintain hand and power tools.
• Work comfortably at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and lifts.
• Troubleshoot installation or framing issues both in-house and on job sites.
• Travel to job sites as needed to resolve issues.
