Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is assisting a Lake County employer in Ohio to find an experienced Concrete Prep and Form SetupWorker. The role focuses on proper form positioning, elevations, and site preparation for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• 3-5 years minimum experience in concrete carpentry or formwork.
• Strong understanding of carpentry principles for concrete forming.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications and construction documents.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with pouring and finishing concrete is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set formwork to correct elevation and alignment with accurate dimensions.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to plan layouts and procedures.
• Install and remove concrete forms for footings, foundations, walls, and slabs.
• Place and tie rebar according to project specifications.
• Maintain and inspect tools and equipment for safe and proper use.
• Assist with general labor or equipment tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and project requirements consistently.
