Job summary

Atlantic Coast Construction Group in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a full-time Concrete Form Carpenter to join our on-site team. You will build, install, and remove formwork for foundations, walls, slabs, and other structural concrete elements, ensuring accuracy and alignment.

Daily duties include setting up forms, coordinating with ready-mix deliveries, assisting with flatwork finishing, and working closely with site supervisors and other trades.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in formwork and carpentry for concrete structures.
• Experience with flatwork and ready-mix concrete placement and finishing.
• Ability to work safely around heavy equipment and basic site operations.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, measuring, layout, and tool use.
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork in outdoor conditions.
• Previous experience in concrete carpentry or commercial/residential construction preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Jacksonville, FL.
