Responsibilities

• Apply finishes to concrete panels based on approved samples.
• Maintain consistency of finishes across multiple panels.
• Assist with patching and repairs of precast panels as needed.
• Prepare and complete finish samples for approval.
• Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure proper operation.
• Conduct basic preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures when working with finishing materials.
• Support production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
