Job summary

Wells Concrete is seeking a dependable team member to support production by placing finishing panels and accurately pouring and finishing concrete in molds. This role requires physical effort, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety while meeting production targets.

You will contribute to quality structures by monitoring placement, applying finishes, and assisting with general production tasks. A willingness to learn, good attendance, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required, with a willingness to learn.
• Previous concrete experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to safety, reliability, good attendance, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to use basic tools and apply basic math skills, including reading a tape measure and performing basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Deposit concrete into molds for production in accordance with job specifications
• Spread, level, and screed concrete to rail height to ensure proper surface alignment
• Apply specified finishes to the rear face of precast panels
• Monitor concrete placement to ensure consistency, quality, and proper coverage within forms
• Assist with general production tasks and cleanup to support safe and efficient operations
