Job summary

Impact Recruitment Ltd, based in Plainview, NY, is seeking a Deicing Assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble composite and electrometric materials using complex fixtures and tooling, following detailed blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and can read blueprints. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain clean work areas, and communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Attention to detail; able to work with complex fixtures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Adapt to fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience with composite and electrometric material assembly preferred.
• Mix adhesive RTV or sealing compound.
• Layup using handheld tools and equipment (air tools, riveting, etc.).
• Crimp, spot weld terminals and mold cement, T/S check.

Responsibilities
