Job summary

Executive Alliance seeks a motivated assembler for composite and electrometric material work. You will interpret drawings, follow procedures, and perform precision drilling, sanding, and assembly tasks in a structured manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include using calipers, drills, and rivet tools, ensuring tight tolerances, and maintaining safety standards while achieving high-quality finishes on composite parts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with composite and electrometric materials preferred.
• Ability to read English engineering drawings, schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Use measuring devices such as calipers and scales.
• Follow work instructions and drawings precisely.
• Drill composite materials with carbide bit drills using air hand drills, drill presses or fixtures.
• Drill aluminum plates and countersink holes for rivets of various sizes.
• Sand composites to achieve quality finish in a vented room with proper PPE.
• Install nut plate hardware with cherry rivets using handheld riveters.
• Mix adhesives.
• Interpret manufacturing drawings and procedures.
• Install harnesses and crimp lug nuts.

Our client is seeking a motivated individual with a passion for assembling composite and electrometric materials.

Job Function:

Requirements

Role and Responsibilities:

• Using basic measuring devices such as calipers and scales.
• Following work instructions and drawings.
• Drilling composite materials with close tolerance carbide bit drills with the use of air hand drill motors, drill presses or large drill fixtures.
• Drilling aluminum plates and countersinking holes for different size rivets.
• Sanding for quality finish of all composites in a vented grinding room, wearing fitted particle masks.
• Installing nut plate hardware with cherry rivets, with handheld riveters.
• Mixing a variety of chemical adhesives.
• Understanding and interpreting manufacturing drawings and manufacturing procedures.
• Installing manufactured harnesses and crimping lug nuts.
