Job summary

Narda-MITEQ is seeking an inspector to assess in-house and sourced components for adherence to drawings, BOMs, and specifications. You will evaluate workmanship, record results, and support quality programs in a high-precision environment.

Responsibilities include using calipers, micrometers, OGP, and XRF tools to ensure materials and assemblies meet standards. Strong attention to detail and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Inspects in-house machined and purchased components to specs.
• Reviews documentation and tests incoming materials and assemblies.
• Reads drawings, BOMs, and specifications for acceptance decisions.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and workmanship standards.
• Use precision instruments like calipers and micrometers for measurements.
• Familiar with OGP, XRF, and other measurement equipment to determine material composition.
• Maintain inspection logs and records per Mil Specs and IPC standards.
• Escape and escalate quality issues to supervisor when needed.
