Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the commercial door or hardware industry.
• Proficient with power tools, hand tools, and precision measurement instruments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and electrical components.
• Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders up to 20 feet, and perform in varied positions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record and pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Execute precise installations and troubleshooting for commercial doors, dock levelers, and hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical failures including springs, hinges, locks, and access control.
• Ensure site work adheres to current building codes and safety regulations.
