• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical failures, including issues with springs, hinges, locks, and access control systems.
• Ensure all site work adheres strictly to current building codes and safety regulations to protect end-users.
• Provide professional consultation to clients by explaining technical findings and recommending cost-effective, long-term repair solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of service activities and equipment status to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Perform rigorous quality assurance testing on all completed repairs to guarantee peak performance and reliability.
