Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square up.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right first time.
• Attention to detail; tightened bolts and perfect welds.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs; no guesswork, no shortcuts.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work; bring bent parts back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; fit and finish matter.
• Work as a team; trust and teamwork move cars through.
• Keep the work location safe and tidy.
