Caliber Collision’s Baton Rouge - Southeast service center seeks skilled collision technician to repair vehicles with precision and care. You will blueprint and execute repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds, work with painters and estimators, and uphold Caliber's standards.

Competenze

At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds.
Must be physically fit, able to lift up to 50lbs.
Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, front office.
