Job summary

Amtraco, Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Worker for the Chemical Mixing/Machine Operating Department on the 2nd shift at our Southeast Wisconsin location.

The role requires operating coating equipment, following batch recipes, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, the ability to learn coating equipment, a strong safety mindset, and solid teamwork and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Ability to learn coating equipment operation.
• Understanding of LEAN manufacturing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Perform as a production worker in the chemical mixing area.
• Operate and monitor coating machines to ensure proper running.
• Follow recipes to mix batch adhesives for tape production.
• Maintain production and material records.
• Coordinate with other departments to manage supplies and inventory.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and team results.
• Other duties as assigned.
