Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience operating industrial woodworking or CNC production equipment.
• Proficiency in CNC operating software and the ability to interpret technical cut lists and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of cabinet manufacturing materials, hardware, and assembly techniques.
• Proven ability to perform precision measurements and conduct thorough quality inspections.
• Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and effective communication with production teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated CNC nesting routers and edgebanding lines, ensuring programs are loaded correctly and tooling is optimized for production.
• Manage material flow through automated storage and retrieval systems, verifying specifications against work orders to prevent errors.
• Monitor robotic offloading and sorting systems to ensure consistent output quality and efficient workflow.
• Perform first-article inspections and periodic quality checks to verify dimensions, edge finishes, and hole placements.
• Execute daily preventive maintenance and cleaning schedules to keep equipment in peak operating condition.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace by adhering to 5S standards and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot machine faults and perform minor adjustments to maintain production targets and minimize downtime.
