Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial water jet cutting machines.
• Read blueprints and interpret drawings.
• Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
• Maintain safety and quality standards.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC water jet cutting equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and job travelers.
• Measure and inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Select cutting parameters (pressure, abrasive flow, feed rates).
• Handle materials safely (stainless steel and alloys).
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Collaborate with supervision and shop personnel.
