Elmet Technologies in Euclid, Ohio is hiring a CNC Operator, Waterjet to join our manufacturing team. You’ll operate CNC waterjet equipment to cut precision parts from plate and sheet material, read blueprints and work orders, set up the machine for each job, adjust programs and machine parameters, and inspect your finished work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read complex blueprints and layouts.
• Comfortable with tolerances and precision measurements.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, routing sheets, and sketches to determine cutting requirements.
• Set up CNC waterjet equipment and select nozzles.
• Load and unload plate and sheet material onto the cutting table.
• Load CNC programs and set machine parameters for the job.
• Inspect finished components for defects and dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain 5S standards and keep workspace clean and organized.
