ANSWER CONSULTING Ltda. in Mesa, AZ seeks a skilled CNC Machinist for a contract-to-hire role at a leading aerospace manufacturer. Onsite position, with structured training, advancement, and a climate-controlled facility.

You will set up and run Swiss-type CNC machines and lathes, read blueprints with GD&T, and verify parts with micrometers and calipers. Multiple shifts available, overtime, and a clear growth path. Excellent benefits upon conversion and steady overtime.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years CNC experience; complete setups; GD&T and blueprint fluency; Swiss CNC preferred.
• Advanced Swiss setup/programming; proven troubleshooting; process optimization; mentoring peers

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up: Tsugami, Citizen Swiss, Nomura Noki, Swiss CNC machines, and CNC lathes.
• Measure and verify features with precision tools.
• Adjust offsets, troubleshoot issues, and ensure first-pass yield.
• Partner with the team on process improvements and documentation
