TekPro Engineering in Elk Grove Village seeks skilled CNC machinists for direct-hire roles across multiple shifts. You will set up and run CNC mills and lathes to produce tight-tolerance aerospace parts, interpret prints, and troubleshoot to maintain quality and safety.

Ideal candidates have hands-on CNC experience, strong metrology skills, and a track record of meeting close tolerances. Overtime and shift differentials are available for select positions as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CNC machining in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read prints and technical drawings.
• Proven track record of holding close tolerances.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, medical, or other precision manufacturing is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving mindset, and strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of GD&T.

Responsabilités

• Set up and run CNC machines to produce complex aerospace parts to exacting specs.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T to plan each operation.
• Hold tight tolerances and confirm quality with precision hand metrology.
• Troubleshoot cutting conditions, tooling, and program issues; drive continuous improvement.
