The role emphasizes quality, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has at least two years of manufacturing experience, can read drawings, and is able to work 12-hour shifts with overtime as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating industrial production equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as required.
• Forklift certification and overhead crane certification are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC and automated turning and rolling machines.
• Load raw materials and verify machine programs, tooling, and production parameters prior to startup.
• Perform machine changeovers and tooling adjustments to support production schedules.
• Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency standards.
• Troubleshoot routine equipment issues and communicate major concerns to maintenance or supervisory personnel.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, control plans, and work instructions.
• Meet established production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Support engineering and quality teams during product launches and process improvement projects.
