Job summary

TriMark Corp in New Hampton, IA is seeking a skilled technician to operate CNC, Rod Bending, or Brake Press equipment in the Laser area. You will perform minor adjustments to ensure safety, quality, and production schedules are met.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and use calipers/micrometers is essential. Join a team focused on quality and continuous improvement; maintain accurate records, follow 5S practices, and contribute to EMS/QMS compliance.

Qualifications

• Average mechanical aptitude and basic machining knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proficiency with hand tools and measuring instruments.
• Experience with 5S principles and safe work practices.
• Ability to perform setup and minor adjustments.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule to determine jobs to start or complete.
• Set up and operate machining equipment with provided instructions.
• Make adjustments to programs, tools, and equipment for quality.
• Inspect parts against blueprint specifications for accuracy.
• Maintain lubrication and cleanliness of equipment.
• Keep accurate production records and report issues to supervision.
• Coordinate with maintenance and tool room to diagnose issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following 5S.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Support continuous improvement and EMS/QMS compliance.
• Maintain good attendance and align with TriMark's values.
