Job summary

Jobot is seeking a skilled CNC Turning Machinist to join our high-precision manufacturing team. You will set up, program (optional), and operate CNC lathes/turning centers to produce complex, tight-tolerance components. 2nd and 3rd shifts are available.

Qualifications

3–7+ years of CNC machining experience, focused on CNC turning/lathe work
Experience in high-precision or tight-tolerance manufacturing
Experience with CNC lathes/turning centers (Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Doosan)
Working knowledge of G-code programming and edits
Strong blueprint reading, GD&T, and tooling parameter understanding
Ability to use precision inspection tools

Responsibilities

Set up, operate CNC lathes/turning centers to produce complex parts
Program (optional depending on level) and adjust processes for quality and tolerances
Read blueprints and GD&T, select tooling and parameters
Ensure parts meet tight tolerances and document inspections
