Leoforce is seeking a skilled CNC Turning Machinist to join our high-precision manufacturing team in Cheshire, CT. This role focuses on setting up, programming (optional at higher level), and operating CNC lathes to produce tight-tolerance components.

The ideal candidate has 3–7+ years of CNC machining experience, familiarity with Mazak, Haas, Okuma or Doosan lathes, ability to read blueprints and GD&T, and proficient use of precision inspection tools.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of CNC machining experience, with a focus on CNC turning/lathe work and tight tolerances.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Job Details

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3–7+ years of CNC machining experience, with a focus on: CNC turning / lathe work, High-precision or tight-tolerance manufacturing
• Experience in industries such as metal stamping, automotive, aerospace, or medical preferred
• Experience with CNC lathes/turning centers (Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, etc.)
• Working knowledge of G-code programming and edits (preferred)
• Strong understanding of: Blueprint reading, GD&T, Tooling and cutting parameters
• Ability to use precision inspection tools
