Qualifications

• 2-4 years of CNC machine operation experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret production and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to solve routine machining issues independently.
• Good time management and task ownership.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Competent operation of CNC and standard fabrication equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines with proper tooling, fixtures, and materials.
• Run established CNC programs with accuracy and efficiency.
• Verify zero points, tooling, and material orientation before cutting.
• Read production drawings and job packets with minimal guidance.
• Perform in-process and final quality inspections.
• Troubleshoot routine machine, tooling, and material issues.
• Make approved adjustments to feeds, speeds, and toolpaths.
• Complete routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Support workflow with production, engineering, and fabrication teams.
