Job summary

Hire Sync is seeking a CNC Machine Operator for 3rd shift in Avon, OH. This role involves setting up and running CNC routers and related equipment to produce precision components.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of CNC machining experience, read blueprints, and maintain high quality and safety standards. We offer competitive pay, a $1.50 shift differential, and full-time employment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and work from detailed specifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC routers, waterjet equipment, and other CNC machinery.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, specifications, and GD&T.
• Perform machine offsets, compensations, and basic programming adjustments.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality.
• Develop nesting programs and cut sheets to maximize material usage.
• Monitor machining operations and identify equipment or process issues.
