Job summary

Rebuildmanufacturing is looking for CNC Machinists for 1st and 2nd shifts in Avon, Ohio. As a Machine Operator, you will operate CNC machinery to fabricate parts and ensure production quality.

The ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of CNC milling experience, possess a high school diploma or GED, and demonstrate proficiency with machining operations. This role also offers employee ownership in the company, promoting shared financial success and community reflection.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience with Vertical/Horizontal CNC Milling.
• Experience reading blueprints and using calipers, height gauges, and micrometers.
• Proficient with machining operations like drilling, milling and tapping.
• Demonstrates basic mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and operate vertical and horizontal machining centers.
• Perform daily maintenance on equipment and clean work area.
• Conduct inspections and record results as per Process Routing Document.
• Communicate machining or quality issues with management.
