Unified Staffing & Recruiting – C in Irwin, PA is seeking a Precision CNC Setup Machinist for the 2nd shift. You’ll configure CNC equipment, switch to manual machining when appropriate, and keep production humming by diagnosing issues quickly.

Ideal candidates have CNC and manual machining experience, blueprints fluency, and meticulous attention to detail. You’ll work evenings with a team to meet tight tolerances while maintaining safety and quality standards across changing runs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a machinist (CNC and manual) or closely related role.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Hands-on CNC setup and changeover skills for production runs.
• Excellent measurement accuracy using tape measures and precision tools.
