• Experience as a CNC Mill Machinist or CNC Setup Operator in a precision environment.
• Hands-on experience operating CNC milling machines, especially vertical machines.
• Fluency reading blueprints and understanding tight tolerances.
• Proficient with micrometers, calipers, gauges for inspection.

Responsabilités

• Set up and run CNC milling equipment to produce precision parts from engineering drawings and documented requirements.
• Execute machine changeovers and tooling swaps, adjust work and tool offsets as needed.

CNC Milling Setup and Production SpecialistPosition Type: Full-TimeA Day in the LifeYou arrive for third shift, review the job travelers, and load the first fixture of the night. You verify the program, check your offsets, and run a first-article part. With micrometers and calipers in hand, you confirm every dimension hits print. As production ramps, you watch spindle load, listen for tool wear, and make smart adjustments to keep parts on-spec and scrap to a minimum.
