Seco Tools in Reynoldsville, PA is seeking an experienced Rollomatic CNC Set‑Up Operator to join our precision tooling team. You will set up, program adjustments, operate, and maintain Rollomatic grinding machines to produce precision round tools.

Qualifications

• Math skills with metrics, decimals, and fractions.
• Proficiency using precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Rollomatic CNC grinders for round tool production.
• Read blueprints, tool drawings, and specs.
• Load programs, adjust offsets, and edit as needed.
• Perform first‑piece inspection and in‑process checks.
• Monitor machine performance and tool quality.
• Maintain 5S and clean workspace; document production records.
