Responsibilities include setup, changeovers, routine inspections, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work overtime are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic understanding of wood species.
• Excellent attention to detail and results-driven approach.
• Able to use a tape measure and calipers.
• Able to read and interpret drawings and shop routings.
• Able to perform to production standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC routers to cut and shape materials per specifications.
• Follow set-up, start-up, operation, and changeover instructions.
• Inspect and measure finished products against requirements.
• Maintain clean work area and perform maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and work overtime as needed.
