Job summary

TaylorCraft Cabinet Door in Texas is seeking a CNC Router Operator to cut and shape materials to exact specifications. You will operate and maintain CNC routers, ensuring high-quality products meet customer specs and production standards.

This role involves reading drawings, performing tool changes, and adhering to safety and quality guidelines. The position offers full-time employment with competitive pay, medical, dental, vision, 401k and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic understanding of wood species.
• Requires excellent attention to detail and a results driven approach.
• Able to use a tape measure and calipers.
• Able to perform to production standards.
• Ability to determine common quality defects in material.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
• Able to lift heavy objects in excess of 30 lbs without considerations.

Responsibilities

• Follow the set-up, shut down and operation instructions.
• Able to perform changeovers and replace tooling as required.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and shop routings.
• Ensure all work is completed per the work order.
• Ensure all quality standards are met. Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly.
• Perform all design maintenance tasks and maintain a clean work area.
