Job summary

APX Enclosures, Inc. is seeking a CNC Router Operator to join our metal manufacturing team. You will operate CNC routers to produce precision components, reading blueprints and applying basic math to ensure accuracy.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will work 8-hour shifts, collaborate with tooling vendors when needed, and contribute to product optimization while maintaining quality standards through open bench inspections.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required.
• Solid math and communication skills for teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines to produce parts.
• Meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Provide feedback on production metrics to Management.
• Diagnose tool wear and causes.
• Input into product optimization.
• Perform open bench quality inspections.
• Consult with tooling/equipment vendors for optimal solutions.
• Work 8-hour shifts on your feet.
