Ethan Allen Global, Inc. is seeking a manufacturing associate to perform plywood prep, routing operations, and material handling on site. You will inspect plywood sheets, load the router, and ensure parts are properly stacked and cleaned as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities include using a touch screen to start cuts, managing scraps, operating a forklift for restocking, and performing routine clean-up. Prior experience is preferred for efficient performance.

Formación

• Ability to read and follow directions (verbal and written). May require basic math skills: counting, adding and subtracting.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Previous experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Move plywood sheets to milling board on table for inspection and prep before loading the router.
• Load/select work order on touch screen and initiate cut.
• Pull cut parts and stack on frame buggy.
• Break up plywood scrap and place in scrap buggy, then sweep floor around work area/CNC.
• Push frame buggy to align and move scrap to grinder conveyor when 1/2 full.
• Roll milling board through vacuum system to remove dust and inspect/load table.
• Clean router table using air blow gun or vacuum to remove dust.
• Use forklift to restock plywood sheets from stock to router.
• Weekly clean-up and machine wipe-down with E-stop engaged.
• May perform other duties/special or non-routine assignments.
