Job summary

Raydeo Enterprises is seeking a Skilled Router Operator to join the Router Department as a full-time position. Safety is the top priority and you will work in the shop, with potential time on jobsites for various duties.

You must be trained for certifications and tooling tests as a Level 3 or higher supporter. Responsibilities include receiving and following work orders, maintaining quality, retrieving .anc or .mpr files, running them on the CNC Router, and using Label It software for labeling

Qualifications

• 2 years CNC Router experience (3 Axis - Fanuc or WoodWOP experience a plus).
• Proficient math and geometry skills.
• Read/understand shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Receive and follow work orders as directed by your supervisor
• Follow the chain of command reporting to your supervisor for any discrepancies in work orders, TSheets, Cabinet Lists, Assembly Sheets, etc. so they can direct you
• It is your job to maintain your budget, stay on schedule, and maintain overall quality of components assigned to you
• Retrieves .anc or .mpr files from the server database and runs them on the CNC Router
• Utilize “Label It” software for printing labels and accurate application
• Ability to identify standard wood tooling, dull tools, knowing how to replace tools, basic programming
• Turn in all paperwork assigned to component to supervisor upon completion

Skilled Router Operator is a full-time job position supporting the Router Department at Raydeo Enterprises. First and foremost, the safety of yourself and coworkers is your highest concern! Skilled Router Operators will work in the shop but may spend some time on jobsites performing various duties.
