Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of machining experience in a production environment.
• Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of CNC programming experience.
• CNC machining certification or a related technical certificate.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering blueprints, tolerances, and GD&T requirements.
• Create, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs using CAD/CAM software and G-code.
• Set up and operate CNC machines, install tooling, fixtures, and work-holding devices.
• Perform dry runs, first-piece inspections, and use precision measuring tools.
• Identify and correct machining issues, tool wear, and programming errors.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
