Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking a CNC Programmer in Lebanon, PA to program, set up, and operate CNC machining centers to produce precision parts from bar stock and castings. You will create and edit CNC programs using G & M codes and ensure parts meet tight tolerances by selecting proper speeds, feeds, tooling and fixturing.

This full-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of CNC machining experience or an advanced degree, and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience or an advanced degree.
• STEM degree preferred.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
• CNC programming experience with CREO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC vertical and horizontal milling machines and lathes.
• Create and edit CNC programs using G & M codes.
• Machine parts to tolerances as close as .0005".
• Select appropriate speeds, feeds, tooling, and work holding.
• Design and utilize jigs and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot machining and manufacturing issues.
• Support operations with technical guidance and process improvements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
