Job summary

Sole Hire in Lebanon, PA is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for the 1st shift on an immediate hire basis. The role involves working with programmers and foremen to review upcoming jobs and ensure precise machining.

You will set up fixtures, prepare tooling, and verify zeros and offsets; you will machine parts per orders and inspect against drawings, while adhering to quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of CNC mill or vertical machining experience.
• Ability to read, understand, comprehend and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge and use of CNC tooling and holders.
• Ability to set up CNC tooling, fixtures and transfer programs.
• Make simple edits to G and M codes.
• Must lift 10-35 lbs regularly and up to 56-60 lbs with accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Work with programming and foreman to review next job.
• Set up fixtures for jobs.
• Collect tooling and set up tooling required to start and complete the job.
• Set zeros and offsets for jobs.
• Machine parts as per order request and job notes.
• Ensure the work you are producing is conforming to the print and meets specifications during the machining operation(s)
