Job summary

Saronic Technologies Inc. seeks an experienced CNC Programmer to support precision part development for Autonomous Surface Vessels.

You will program, test, and optimize CNC processes for mills, lathes, and routers while interpreting complex blueprints to meet strict specifications. Collaborate with engineering, design, and production teams to ensure manufacturability and high-quality output in a defense-focused environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years CNC programming experience in high-precision manufacturing (aerospace/defense preferred).
Proficiency with CNC mills, lathes, routers, and other precision equipment.

Responsibilities

Write, test, and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, and complex components.
Create toolpaths using CAD/CAM software to ensure precision and minimize downtime.
Set up and operate CNC machines, load tools/fixtures/materials, ensure efficiency.
Interpret blueprints and specifications to meet tolerances.
Perform in-process inspections and coordinate with quality teams.
Collaborate with design, R&D, and production to improve manufacturability.
Document programs, revisions, and setups; ensure compliance with standards.
Maintain safe, compliant manufacturing environment per OSHA/ISO/DoD.
