Qualificações

• Practical CNC programming experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and apply geometrical tolerancing.
• Working knowledge of G-code, M-code, machining principles, cutting tools, and workholding.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software, program verification, and shop-floor troubleshooting.
• Ability to use precision inspection tools and communicate effectively with machinists and engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Create, modify, and maintain CNC programs from engineering drawings, solid models, and manufacturing requirements.
• Develop machining sequences and select cutting tools, holders, workholding, speeds, feeds, and setup strategies.
• Use CAD/CAM tools and simulation/verification to identify machining risks before release.
• Support first-piece prove-outs, machine setups, troubleshooting, and program adjustments on the production floor.
• Optimize toolpaths, cycle times, tool life, surface finish, and dimensional consistency.
• Prepare setup sheets, tooling lists, program documentation, and operator instructions; maintain revision control.
• Collaborate with quality personnel to address dimensional issues and verify prints.
