Responsibilities

• Program CNC equipment with G-code and CAM to manufacture complex parts.
• Own setups, fixturing, tooling selection, and offsets.
• Machine close-tolerance components from steel, aluminum, and alloys.
• Inspect finished work to blueprint requirements and verify dimensional accuracy.
• Diagnose machining issues and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor CNC Operators and Assistants; maintain production documentation.
