Job summary

ProRecruiters, part of Array Corporation, is seeking a CNC Programmer to join a growing team in Claremore, OK. This full-time position offers a $29/hour pay and a standard Monday–Friday schedule (7:00am–4:30pm).

You will develop and optimize CNC programs for precision parts using Esprit, Edgecam, and Catia, translating CAD models into CAM toolpaths. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years CNC programming experience in a precision manufacturing setting, exposure to GD&T, and familiarity with

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years CNC programming experience in precision manufacturing.
Strong understanding of post processors, G-code and M-code.
Experience in AS9100/ISO 9001 quality systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize CNC programs for lathes/mills using Esprit, Edgecam and Catia.
Translate 3D CAD models into CAM toolpaths with appropriate feeds and speeds.
Design tooling, fixtures and workholding for repeatable setups.
Generate and verify post-processed G-code and M-code for multi-axis machines.
Improve cycle times, reduce tool wear and scrap through path optimization.
Troubleshoot programming, tooling and machine performance on the shop floor.
Read engineering drawings, GD&T callouts and specifications.
Ensure program revisions are current and accessible to production.
