Qualifications

• 3+ years CNC programming in a job-shop or production environment.
• Proficiency with CAM software such as Mastercam or Gibbs.
• Ability to read blueprints, 3D models, and customer drawings; knowledge of GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs for 3-axis through 5-axis machining.
• Use CAM software to produce accurate, efficient programs from prints and models.
• Optimize tool paths, feeds, speeds, and tooling for cycle time and quality.
• Collaborate with machinists during setup, proofing, and adjustments.
• Review drawings to ensure tolerance and specification compliance.
• Support programming for custom, repair, and production work.
• Maintain CNC program libraries, tooling docs, and post-processors.
• Pursue continuous improvement of programming standards and shop efficiency.
