DRT Holdings, LLC in Sidney, OH is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a high-mix, low-volume precision machining team. You will program using Mastercam and other CAM software, work with machinists and engineers on complex parts, and optimize CNC processes in a fast-paced shop floor environment.

The role focuses on developing efficient machining strategies, interpreting detailed drawings, and supporting setup, prove-out, and inspection activities to ensure high-quality components

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CNC programming, CAM programming, or CNC machining.
• Proficiency with Mastercam or similar CAM software.
• Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for mills, lathes, and multi-axis equipment.
• Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements.
• Select tooling, fixturing, cutting parameters, and machining sequences.
• Support setup, prove-out, and first-piece inspection activities.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and provide programming support on the shop floor.
• Improve cycle times, tool life, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
• Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and production personnel to solve manufacturing challenges.
• Maintain setup sheets, tooling documentation, and program revisions.
