MacLean-Fogg Company in Plymouth, MI is seeking a CNC operator to dial in offsets, read complex prints, and maintain production tempo with safety and quality in mind.

You will operate and optimize CNC machinery, perform inspections at the spindle, translate blueprints into machining paths, and contribute to setup, tool offsets, and calibration while documenting output and maintenance metrics.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of CNC operating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and prints.
• Basic math skills.

Responsabilités

• Operate CNC machinery to meet schedule, precision, and safety targets.
• Own quality at the spindle with thorough inspections and immediate containment when issues arise.
• Translate detailed blueprints into accurate setups and machining paths; verify dimensions with micrometers/calipers/height gauges.
• Assist with setups, simple program edits, tool offsets and calibration; document output and maintenance metrics.
