Responsibilities include operating a burn table, lift and crane usage, blasting/painting, and assisting with training. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience and fluency in English to thrive in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience minimum.
• Operate a lift to move loads up to 30,000 pounds.
• Operate an overhead crane on a production line.
• Read a tape measure.
• Read/write/speak English fluently.
• Work as part of a team and maintain a positive culture.

Responsibilities

• Roll and re-roll plate to match sweep.
• Inspect plate for defects and damage.
• Operate burn table to cut plate per blueprints and measurements; dispose of remaining material.
• Transfer plate using mag lift within the department.
• Blast and paint plate.
• Follow safety rules and participate in safety initiatives.
• Train new or existing team members.
• Troubleshoot and correct faulty programming.
• Assure safety of all team members.
• Support timely completion of tasks and maintain quality.
