Job summary

Vertiv is seeking CNC Operators of varying experience levels for 1st and 2nd shifts to support the production of critical infrastructure solutions. You will set up and operate CNC equipment, read blueprints, and perform quality inspections to ensure production goals are met in a safe manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNC manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• CNC setup and tool offsets experience preferred for advanced levels.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines for drilling, milling, and cutting.
• Load materials, monitor machine performance, and adjust as needed.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain quality, safety, and 5S standards.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality and maintenance teams to meet goals.
