Qualifications

• Must have CNC machine operation or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Hands-on experience using micrometers and calipers.
• Comfortable using gauges and other precision measuring equipment.
• Strong math skills.
• Mechanically inclined with good problem-solving skills.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work 2nd shift.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery according to production requirements and work instructions
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure parts are produced accurately
• Follow detailed work instructions and production specifications
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process
• Use precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, gauges, and tape measures
• Identify and report quality issues or discrepancies
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
