Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking a CNC Operator to operate and support production equipment in a safe, efficient manner. You will perform machine operation, inspections, tool changes, and process monitoring while ensuring quality standards and work instructions are followed.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading parts, adjusting tooling, recording inspections in Plex/SPC, maintaining 5S, and adhering to safety requirements. The role requires a HS diploma or GED and manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing background preferred with ability to operate production machines and perform quality checks.
• Experience with SPC and X & R charts.
• Ability to gauge and measure parts accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and support assigned production area.
• Load/unload parts and adjust machine sizes and tooling.
• Inspect parts according to process sheets and record inspections in Plex/SPC systems.
• Maintain 5S and safe, organized work environment.
• Follow environmental, health and safety requirements and LOTO procedures.
