Job summary

CNC Manufacturing, Inc. in Coatesville, PA is seeking a full-time CNC Machine Operator to set up, run, and monitor CNC machines producing precision parts according to engineering drawings. You will load materials, install tools, run tests, adjust settings, and document results. Inspect parts with calipers/micrometers and coordinate with QC to meet ISO standards.

Maintain a clean, safe workspace and communicate with supervisors to ensure smooth production and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with setting up and operating CNC equipment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Familiarity with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers) and SPC basics.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts.
• Install and load tools and materials; perform test runs and adjust settings for tolerances.
• Inspect finished parts with measurement tools and document results.
• Collaborate with QC to ensure ISO standards are met.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping.
• Follow safety procedures and communicate with supervision and team members to optimize production workflows.
