Job summary

Accent Staffing seeks a dependable CNC Machinist for a fast-paced, high-precision job shop in the United States. You will operate CNC machines, read blueprints, and ensure tight tolerances while collaborating to meet production goals.

You will document progress, inspections, and any nonconformances in the ERP system, and support a safe, clean work area to sustain efficiency and quality. Prior CNC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machines in a job shop or production environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools and holding tight tolerances.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 40+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC machines, sometimes running multiple machines.
• Read blueprints and use calipers, micrometers, and gauges for in-process and final inspections.
• Record job progress, inspections, and nonconformances in our ERP system.
• Maintain a clean work area and support the team to hit production deadlines.
