OMW Corporation, a leading supplier of custom mechanical parts, is seeking a Machine Operator to load and run CNC mills and lathes in our Novato facility. The role includes minor assembly, deburr, and part inspection with calipers and micrometers, plus occasional tool replacement and offsets.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machines and good mechanical aptitude.
• Able to inspect and measure parts with calipers and micrometers.
• Willingness to make simple offset changes and replace tools.
• Willingness to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load and run parts in CNC mills and lathes.
• Perform minor assembly and deburr tasks.
• Inspect parts and measure to specifications.
• Replace broken tools and re-offset as needed.
